The AKO Foundation was established by Nicolai Tangen, the founder of AKO Capital, in 2013. The Foundation has supported charitable causes that improve education, promoting arts, and mitigating climate challenges.
Mosvold-Martinus Foundation has been selected as a Partner of AKO Foundation since 2018 in promoting youth, empowerment through education and skills development. Since then with AKO Foundation, Mosvold-Martinus Foundation has reached many poor students in the higher education sector and reaching out to school dropouts providing them with a second chance. AKO education program has been able to create job opportunities for hundreds of vulnerable youths to stabilize their future.
